Clayton Pulman
Professional Services Manager (Hamilton)
Clayton leads the Professional Services teams that onboard new customers and lead complex project work.
Clayton has been with Cloudland for over 5 years. Before that, he worked in the construction industry delivering financial and IT services.
In his spare time, Clayton enjoys writing and developing software. Notable developments include a super-fast online file-sharing service that has 100,000 monthly users! Clayton has also developed a Cloud-based printing solution that enables fast and secure printing over the internet.
Clayton enjoys guiding customers through the complexities of IT and Cloud technologies and is passionate about automation technology to enable businesses to work more efficiently.
Paul Wilson
Cloud Solutions Specialist (Hamilton)
Paul joined Cloudland in mid-2020, having previously worked for two large tertiary education providers and MSP’s.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and AGILE Essentials Certificate.
Paul is a huge cricket fan! Saturdays in summer are spent playing for his local club – he got to see NZ in the World Cup Final at the MCG in 2015. Most weekends are spent exploring the beach or a bush walk or at home smoking meat Low N’ Slow American style BBQ – think brisket, ribs etc.
Paul enjoys constantly learning new ways technology can make living and working simpler, faster and better.
Marcus Ibanez
Cloud Solutions Specialist (Hamilton)
Marcus is a member of the professional services team, primarily focused on projects while also assisting the support team.
Marcus uses his expertise to assist and lead projects, and enjoys building strong relationships within the team and with clients.
Prior to joining Cloudland he worked for other Managed Service Providers.
He has also worked in London, Sydney and Melbourne for professional consultancy services in the fields of Gas, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering and Surveying.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology and Network Engineering Diploma.
Muneeb Farrath
Cloud Solutions Specialist (Hamilton)
Muneeb has worked with a diverse set of organizations within the IT-sphere building experience with different systems and processes.
This has allowed Muneeb to develop a relatively flexible mindset.
He graduated with a Bachelors in Information Technology from the Waikato Institute of Technology.
When he is not working out at the gym, he will often be honing his skills with 2D animation or voice acting projects.
Muneeb really enjoys hiking and seeing the amazing sights New Zealand has to offer.
Muneeb loves building rapport with customers and getting them the results they want.
This motivates him to always strive to give all to everything he does in order to keep customers with a high level of satisfaction.
Gavin Fitz-Herbert
Cloud Solutions Specialist (Hamilton)
Gavin has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years in both government and managed service providers. He has a number of certifications to his name, including Microsoft, Citrix and CompTIA.
Working on projects, onboarding new customers and also being an escalation point for assisting the Support Team keeps Gavin busy in his role here at Cloudland.
In his spare time, Gavin enjoys spending time with his children, getting outdoors for some hunting and fishing, and working on home renovation and automation projects.
